Railway Gallery – Scarffe’s Crossing » Scarffe’s Crossing, 1985

Car No.7 with a 1930-built EE Trailer passes the stop at Scarffes Crossing on the 28th of August 1985. At the time the railway was starting to shed the corporate ‘Isle of Man Railways’ lettering, with a return to heritage repaints; Car No.7 sports a version of the old ‘Co Ltd’ company livery, albeit with yellow rather than white lettering. © Colin Clifton
