Celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway 1876 – 2026

We will also celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Nationalisation of buses 1976 – 2026

Isle of Man Railways and Bus Vannin are staging a 6 day Manx Heritage Transport Festival and we will be marking some significant milestone anniversaries and special events.

Highlights will include:

  • A celebration to mark 150 years of the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway

  • Special timetables and combinations
